This Privacy Policy applies to the TourPro website, web app, desktop app, and mobile apps provided by Harmony and Design (the "Service Provider"). It explains what information TourPro processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
TourPro processes information needed to provide and secure the service. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
Account information such as your name, email address, profile details, and authentication identifiers
Tour information you choose to store, such as schedules, travel, lodging, contacts, documents, and team memberships
Operational and security data such as Internet Protocol address, device and browser type, request logs, and error information
Optional product usage and performance data when you enable Analytics in Privacy Settings
TourPro does not collect precise device location for advertising or analytics. Location information you enter as part of a tour, venue, travel booking, or other record is processed to provide that feature.
The Service Provider may use contact information to deliver the service, respond to support requests, send required notices, and communicate about TourPro. Marketing communications include their own unsubscribe controls where applicable.
Optional analytics technologies are off by default. If enabled, PostHog may receive product interaction, device, account, and error context, and Vercel Speed Insights may receive page performance and device context. TourPro keeps PostHog session replay disabled.
TourPro uses service providers to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. These providers may process information on TourPro's behalf for the purpose of providing their contracted services. Optional analytics and marketing providers are not loaded until the applicable choice is enabled.
Relevant third-party privacy information includes:
PostHog (optional analytics)
Vercel (hosting and optional performance analytics)
RB2B (optional marketing measurement on public marketing pages)
Groq (powers the in-app Ask AI assistant and schedule import parsing)
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
TourPro offers an optional integration that lets you connect a third-party AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, to your TourPro account. This connection uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that lets an AI assistant call a defined set of tools on your behalf.
If you choose to connect an AI assistant, you authenticate with your existing TourPro account, and the assistant can request the same tour data you already have permission to view in TourPro, such as schedule, travel, hotel, and team information, in order to answer your questions or generate summaries like day sheets. TourPro does not send your data to any AI assistant unless you connect one yourself, and each request is scoped to the same permissions you already have in TourPro.
Which AI provider processes that data is your choice, not TourPro's: it is whichever assistant you connect, under that provider's own privacy policy and terms (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). You can disconnect an AI assistant at any time from that assistant's own settings; TourPro does not control data retention by an assistant once it has responded to your request.
You can accept, reject, or customize optional technologies from the banner shown on your first web visit. You can change that choice at any time through Privacy Settings in the website footer or your account preferences. In the mobile app, use the Usage Analytics switch in your profile. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection. Necessary processing used to provide, secure, and remember your choices remains active. TourPro honors an enabled Global Privacy Control browser signal by keeping marketing tracking off.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request account and data deletion, use the account deletion request page or contact info@tourpro.app.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@tourpro.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as TourPro's practices or legal obligations change. The effective date below will be updated, and additional notice will be provided when required. Material changes to optional processing may require a new privacy choice.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-09-04.
TourPro does not treat ordinary use of the service as consent to optional analytics or marketing technologies. Those technologies remain off unless you make an affirmative choice. Necessary processing is performed to provide and secure the service and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
